Founder, President and Senior Consultant
Anne Pellicciotto, MS, Organization Development, is founder and president of SeeChange Consulting. In business for over 10 years, SeeChange helps organizations create collaborative, innovative business strategies and build the internal organizational strength to realize them. She brings an entrepreneurial spirit to her projects, guiding client teams to think outside the box, work collaboratively, and focus on results. She leverages 20 years’ consulting experience, 12 of those years in IT systems transformation for US Federal Agencies and Financial institutions. Her clients have included The World Bank, DC Municipal Government, EPA, Conservation Int’l, State Street Bank, Latin American Youth Center (LAYC), USAID and World Resources Institute (WRI).
Anne is a master facilitator with experience working with hundreds of diverse groups – from non-profit boards to top-tier business management teams to community groups. A driving philosophy in Anne’s work, regardless of the audience, is the belief that ‘the answers lie within the people’ and it’s her job as a practitioner to draw them out.
She believes in creativity, but also in the importance of structure and discipline to deliver results. She applies the SeeChange Star Model tool to conduct rapid, holistic organizational assessments with large groups of stakeholders, facilitating them to reach consensus on concrete actions.
In 2010, Anne took the plunge into the waters of her own change, joining the Peace Corps and working as a sustainability specialist for SEMARNAT (the Mexican EPA). In this role she’s had a chance to apply her SeeChange tools to the challenges of development, gaining new perspective and appreciation for the importance of innovative thinking and public-private partnerships to empower communities and create projects that are productive and sustainable.
Anne is a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration (concentration Decision Information Sciences) from University of Maryland. She was an invited professor at Universidad Polytechnic of San Luis Potosi, Mexico where she taught organization development and sustainable innovation. She is a frequent seminar and conference speaker on the topics of innovation, leadership and change.
